		<description>Use Komodo!  It rocks on Windows and Linux and is halfway decent on OS X (but feels like a windows app ported to OS X).  It is free and has dojo, prototype, and other js library code intelligence features built in.

It also has Ruby, Python, Perl, and Javascript debugging built-in to the $250 version, too!</description>
